How do you gain entry into the vacation rental house?


We offer 2 entry options to choose from:

The client provides a key, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home. The client can purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide Staceyatyourservice Cleaning Service with the passcode.

What forms of payment to do you accept?


Staceyatyourservice, LLC clients can use optional payment methods. Clients will be expected to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. A $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred if payment is not made on the scheduled service day. You will be emailed an invoice the day of your service.

What are the office hours?

Office hours 9am -5pm Monday through Sundays

24-hour guarantee?


We want your guests to be absolutely delighted with the cleaning service! Report any concerns to our office within 24 hours after the service. We will return and re-clean the area(s) of concern at no cost to you.
